One Museum Place, Shanghai

While working for the investor provided specific contributions related to retail/amenity strategy and brief, general planning and design, marketing and leasing strategies. Review and comment on consultant appointment, construction contracting strategies and construction contract documents.

Paya Lebar Quarter, Singapore

Mixed-use development including three office towers, 3 residential towers, retail block and large public realm. While working for the investor conducted due diligence on the development partner and preliminary project design, negotiated the development management agreement and other partner agreements. Influenced the planning and design of the office floor plates, ground level lobbies, residential units, retail and public realm.

Pacific Plaza Towers, Manila

Developer's project director in charge of all design and construction of two 55-storey luxury condominium towers as well as overseeing marketing and sales.

Parc 1, Seoul

Director of Planning and Design on behalf of the owner/developer for this 6.5 million square foot project. Prepared project brief, appointed consultants and relocated to London to manage the consultants through Schematic Design.

Fort Bonifacio, Manila

Military base conversion to new central business district. Consultant appointment brief, master planning brief, ongoing advisory service through early 2000's. Total built out area estimated to be more than San Francisco. Specific contributions included, among others, interim low density development concepts for high density sites as well as review and comment on proposed district cooling system. Project director on first vertical project (see Pacific Plaza Towers above).
